The Lofts at Hoover is a Tax-credit property. The Tax-credit Program is not a subsidized housing program. Each resident is responsible for the full amount of the rent each month. The rental amount is based NOT on individual household income, but rather on the pre-set income limits in the area.
Management
The Lofts at Hoover is managed by St. Mary Development Corporation, a faith-based organization committed to providing housing for low-income seniors. The staff of St. Mary Development Corporation respect each resident and enhance his or her quality of life by providing appropriate supportive services in a community setting.
